Dentsu Launches New Apprenticeship Scheme
We’re excited to launch our new apprenticeship scheme that will see us hiring 20 apprentices over the next couple of months (with a further 20 to come early next year) into our London offices.
As part of The Code, we’ve created new career paths and opportunities for future talent to join us and start building a career in advertising. If you’re passionate about social platforms, the ever changing face of how we consume media and generally have a view on what makes a good advertising campaign then we want you hear from you.
What Will You Learn?
The initial 20 roles will be split across our network and support qualifications in data, digital marketing and content production so there’s something for everyone interested. We’re looking for passionate, curious and ambitious people who have an interest in helping to shape a digital economy that’s more relevant to today’s audiences using today’s technology and platforms. You’re the future of our industry so we’d like to learn from you as much as teach you.
What Types of Apprenticeship are we offering?
Data Analysts – we’re going to be hiring 6 people to work across our data teams in our data & tech cluster. During this role, you’ll explore 3 different teams in iProspect, data, ad operations and social and will spend a few months in each one. This will give you a great insight into what data we collect and how we can turn that data into something meaningful for our clients.
Digital Marketing – we’ll be hiring 9 people to work across our media brands at the heart of media planning and buying. During your 15 months with us, you’ll be exposed to 3 different areas, again spending some months in AV, display and programmatic teams and learn all about the different advertising channels available to use and which are the most relevant for different audiences.
Junior Content Producer – there’s going to be 3 apprentices working on content production in our creative brands and helping come up with solutions and new ideas on how to create and present content for our clients. You’ll get to know 2 or 3 of our creative brands during your time with us.
You will get a thorough induction into what we do, what all our different brands do and you will be set up for success. You’ll have a great network of other apprentices joining at the same time along with other people to help you complete the apprenticeship qualification along the way. We want to get you exposed to some of the fun things we do as an advertising network.
Your starting salary will be £18,000 per annum with a whole host of other benefits in addition.
Some key dates for your diary: the closing date for applications will be on 25th August and if you’re successful, you’ll be joining us on 25th September. We’re running our apprenticeships with CreativePioneers2 so they’ll be in contact with you over the coming days/ weeks once you have applied.
